Webinar : Career change : Necessity or opportunity ?

23 Mon January 2023 16:30 - 21:30

Date: 29.06.2022 | 17:15-18:45

Description

With digital transformation rapidly changing our world, there is an imperative for workers to develop and deepen their technical and digital skills to improve the quality of their work, become more creative and attract the interest of employers.

Today’s work environment exhibits characteristics of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity, known by the acronym VUCA. We work in a hybrid environment, learn remotely and integrate digital systems almost everywhere in our daily lives.

Regardless of industry or role, at the event we will look at the technical and digital skills that HR needs, as well as key steps in the personal and professional development plan to acquire these skills. At the same time, we will approach the most important skills that each employee needs to develop as well as how they can design a career plan.

In the online workshop, key questions will be answered such as:

  • What are the critical challenges emerging at the individual and organizational level in the tumultuous times we are going through?
  • What strategies can ensure survival and growth?
  • Finally, using theoretical models, references to pop culture, but also real examples, the capital importance of adaptation as a condition for success will be discussed.
