The intensifying uncertainty as a result of successive crises (geopolitical, economic, energy, pandemic, etc.) poses new challenges to the exercise of leadership and highlights the need for greater emphasis on adaptability, resilience and flexibility . What should be the characteristics of those who assume leadership positions , how can they ensure the survival and development of the organizations in which they serve, under what conditions can they achieve the necessary transformations and in what ways can they motivate staff in an environment of constant pressure and changes ?
In this seminar, 3 experienced speakers will attempt to provide answers to the above questions, contributing to reflection and proposing good practices.
