How Digital transformation is changing the HR profession

Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs is changing the way Greek companies are used to do everyday business. Introducing the innovative tool of the digital work the ministry is boosting the digital transformation process in the Private sector. The initial implementation of the digital labour-card in various industries has created some concerns that HR professionals have to deal with.

Although everyone is welcoming the digital revolution, the changes that derive from that, are changing the ways in which many different tasks are carried out, while at the same time there is one thing that remains constant and fundamental to any business:  human resources. At this pivotal time in the business world, HR professionals are the only ones who can understand a company’s priorities and challenges, but also influence its future based on the decisions they make about their human resources.

The purpose of the event is to be presented by 3 distinguished HR executives:

  • The benefits and problems that the implementation of the measure will bring to businesses and employees and to analyze the changes that will occur in the private sector.
  • The changes that direct digital labor market surveillance measures will bring to HR practices?
