In this event the founders of OWIWI present the current trends regarding the utilisation of technology in the field of Human Resources Management. The concept of gamification, its role and applications in the main functions of people management will be explained. In addition, the use of game-based assessments will be analyzed and how they can create a better experience for the candidate and employers (applicant reactions).
The seminar is held in collaboration with Owiwi, a Greek start-up company founded in 2014 by Athena Polina Dova and Ilias Bartholomeus. The company offers a psychometric tool of the latest generation that integrates in a fully developed visualization the element of gaming with decision-making scenarios. It essentially promotes a revolutionary way of selecting candidates for companies in the form of a… video game, based on the concept of choices and how they determine the progression of the game and the path of the characters.
