Vera Lazanaki is a PhD candidate in Organizational Psychology and Behavior at the Athens University of Economics and Business. She holds a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management from the Athens University of Economics and Business and she is a Psychology graduate from the University of Athens. She teaches Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management at the Epsilon College and e-learning courses at the Athens University of Economics and Business and the University of Piraeus. Her research interests focus on interpersonal conflicts at work and employee psychology. She is a team member of the Job-Pairs Voluntary Group. Also, she volunteers as an editor on social media of the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP) (Facebook, LinkedIn). She has worked as a psychologist in a private psychiatric clinic for 12 years.
