Owiwi uses gamification to enhance the recruitment experience, turning it into an immersive journey. Candidates play through a game of compelling choices that reveal the key traits of their character, the soft skills that often lie dormant, waiting to be revealed.

This innovative course provides the expertise and knowledge required to HR professionals, to enhance their competence in digital and data-driven applications related to their job. In essence, it will help them navigate to the complexities of the HR technology landscape and reflect on how to use HR technology to improve employee experience.
