The conference organized by f Epsilon College, a member of the Epsilon Net group of companies, was held with great success on December 16 and 17, in Athens and Thessaloniki respectively .

Speakers of the event were Mr. Ioannis Michos , President of Epsilon Net, Mr. Vassilis Prassas , Commercial Director and Business Advisor of Epsilon Net, Mr. Giorgos Ioannou, Director of Epsilon College, Ms. Natassa Spirou, HR Director of the FOURLIS Group, Mr. Anagnostis Tsoukalas , Head of Global Human Resources and Sustainability of APIVITA, Ms. Dimitra Basli, Director of Human Resources of the ISOMAT Group, Mr. Dimitris Koufopoulos , Director of University of London and Mr. Kyriakos Kouveliotis , Academic Manager of Uninettuno University.

The event was opened by Mr. Michos, analyzing the vision of Epsilon College and how it will be shaped as an educational institution of the future. Subsequently, Mr. Ioannou developed the philosophy of Epsilon College, connecting it to the labor market. The HR managers, Mr. Spyrou, Mr. Tsoukalas and Mr. Basli, took the lead, describing the role of technology and training in HR and, by extension, their effect on all areas of an organization. Mr. Prassas referred to changes & new data in the labor legislation and Mr. Koufopoulos and Kouveliotis took us on a tour of the graduate programs of the University of London & Uninettuno respectively.

The conference, due to its theme, brought together professionals, executives and workers from all areas and industries such as HR managers, employment consultants, academics, students and graduates of economic schools, tax experts and accounting executives. Epsilon College promotes development , lifelong learning and at the same time leads education in new ways with dual benefits for both employees and businesses .
