Evdokia Tsoni (BA (Hons), MBA (iB), MSc, MBA (HR), PhDc) is currently a PhD Candidate as a scholar of State Scholarships Foundation of Greece (IKY) at Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). She received a BA (Hons) degree in Business Economics from Glasgow Caledonian University (UK). She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Aegean, an MBA in International Business from the University of Wales (UK) and an MSc in International and European Studies from the University of Piraeus.
Her scientific and research interests lie in the field of Human Resource Management, employee recruitment and selection, interview – FTF and asynchronous, and technology. She has taught various courses (HR, Leading, Managing and Developing People, International and Comparative HRM, etc.) in an undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive level in Greece, the UK, and by distance.
She has gained wide working experience as an organizational executive, consultant and researcher in Greece and the UK. Evdokia has contributed various book chapters and presented her research in numerous academic conferences and publications worldwide.
