Panagiotis Kontos holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) and is a professional in Human Resources Management. He studied Organization and Business Administration at the University of Piraeus. He also has a master in Human Resource Management from the AUEB and a pre-doctoral diploma from the Marketing and Communication department of the AUEB. The last 7 years he has been working at Grant Thornton (multinational consulting company employing more than 1000 employees) as an HR Manager in the People Experience & Culture department. As an HR Manager he is responsible for following strategic pillars: Performance Management, Training & Development Employer Branding Strategy, and HR Relations. His research interests focus on Organizational Behavior and Psychology and Employer Branding.
