Dr. Lalos holds a PhD in Exact Sciences from the Department of Physics of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has more than 20 years of teaching experience in subjects that include among others, IT and Telecommunications. In the past he has worked for Organizations and European Programs in the field of ICT as well as a scientific advisor to a Ministry. His research interests include Internet technologies, Location based services, e-learning and innovative IT applications. He is a reviewer of scientific journals published by IEEE, IJMLO, IJOE.
